Deposits:
Once your reservation has been confirmed, the room rental deposit is due to secure the date and space. Your host will then request a meeting in person or by phone to review the contract and discuss the planning process. No function is considered confirmed until the agreement has been signed and the deposit received. Please note that The Ridge adds a gratuity on all contracts for the hosts, bartenders, and wait staff which will be applied to the balance of your final bill unless other arrangements have been made.
