# 1

Distances from Tees
The 1st hole is situated right next to the clubhouse. An out of bounds area marks off the left side of the green, and a bunker in the front left also protects it as well. The green is large, so your tee shot has plenty of room to pin hunt. The rough around the green is deep though, so getting out of the rough might be a challenge.

Distances from Tees
Hole 2 has a small dogleg left, which is guarded by trees on both sides if you should hit it far enough. Hit it too far straight though, and you’ll be in the tall stuff. With an approach shot of around 100 yards after you get around the dogleg, the green is fairly wide open, with out of bounds directly behind the green. Make sure you come up short on your approach if you hit a bad shot.

Distances from Tees
This Par 5 has a small dogleg left. Around 250 yards out is a small pond that sits directly in the middle of the fairway. If you can reach it, you’ll still have 200 yards left to reach the sunken green. The second part of the fairway has small rolling hills that can make your approach shot come up short, or roll on to the green with a few lucky bounces. The green is also wide open, with no bunkers around it. If you can make it there in 2, an eagle putt is attainable.

Hole 4 is a long dogleg right. Big hitters can carry over to the green, but if you come up short, you’ll be in the tall grass. Bunkers along the dogleg are in play if you carry it too far straight. The green is protected by bunkers to the front left, with a sloping green from back to front. If you can make it to the far section of the dogleg, you’ll be just at 100 yards left to the green for a perfect layup shot.

Hole 5 is the shortest par 4 hole on the course. Don’t let that fool you however, as the green is protected on the right by water, and on the left by a bunker. A pond also comes in to play if you hit it too far off to the right in the fairway, and an out of bounds area awaits you on the left side. The green rolls slightly from left to right as soon as you make it to the green however.

The par 4 6th is unlike any other hole at The Ridge. It is a 90 degree dogleg left. With thick trees that guard the ability to overdrive the fairway, you will want to lay up before the dogleg to leave a 140 yard layup shot to the elevated green. Hit it too far in the fairway and you’ll be in heavy rough. The green is protected by a bunker that sits directly in front of green, with a greenside rough that is located at the back.

Distances from Tees
Hole 7 is a shorter par 3 that can play farther than it looks. The tee shot is over a small ditch that’s filled with water. You will want to make sure you carry this to make it to the green. The green is large, but it rolls from left to right.

The Par 5 8th hole is very long, and plays almost dead straight. A rolling fairway will test your approach shot, if you are going for the green in two. Hitting to an elevated green is going to be tough as well. The green is protected by bunkers on the left and right, which sit deeper than the green, making it tough if you land in the sand. The green is rather small for a par 5 as well.

The 9th hole is a small dogleg right. With trees guarding the right side, you will want to make sure your tee shot stays down the center of the fairway for a nice 150 yard layup shot. The wooded green is protected by a bunker on the front left. The green is gently sloped, so a birdie shot from within 10ft is capable.

The 10th hole at The Ridge overlooks many holes on our course. From 375 on the blue, you must avoid the trees on the left about 100 yards out. From there, the rolling fairway stretches wide, leaving with a nice approach shot. With a bunker on the right front of the green, make sure to carry it far enough or you’ll be in the sand. The green is sloped from back to front.

The 11th hole offers a challenging fairway shot with bunkers on the left and the right. The right side of the fairway is also protected by water. Around the 220 yard mark, the fairway starts to slope down a considerable amount to the rolling green below. The green is flatter than most on the course, but still provides a challenging long putt.

The 12th hole is a par 5, but reachable in two with a big drive and a nice approach shot. With water on the left, you will want to keep your fairway shot off to the right. There is a small creek that runs through the center of the fairway around the 250 yard mark. Either drive over this, or layup and try to get to the green in 3. The large green is surrounded by bunkers on the right, and by another pond that runs in front of the green. This pond comes in to play on 5 holes on the course. The bunkers around this green are large and tough to get out of. Try your best to make it on the green and putt for birdie on this par 5.

Hole 13 is a dogleg right heavily guarded by bunkers and water on the right side. Big hitters can reach the green by cutting the dogleg, but if you come up short, you may find yourself in the pond or tall grass. The green is protected by bunkers to the front left, with a sloping green from back to front. If you can make it to the far section of the dogleg, you’ll be just at 100 yards left to the green for a perfect layup shot.

The longest par 4 hole on the course, the 16th hole is straight and narrow. With OB on the left, you will want to make sure your tee shot is long and straight, while avoiding the bunker on the right-hand side. You will be left with a long second shot into a large green that slopes from right to left.

Hole 17 is the toughest and longest par 3 on the course. Water runs along the right-hand side from tee to greens, with OB all along the left. The green is very large and rolling making for a difficult 2 putt. Par 3 is a job well done!

The Par 5 18th hole is the longest hole on the course. With rolling fairways, bunkers on the left and right that are reachable with your tee shot. A challenging long 2nd shot must be straight to avoid trouble. OB runs the entire length of the hole down the left side. Be cautious of the pond guarding the right side of the green. A very challenging green that slopes from back to front. Come away with a par on this hole and consider yourself lucky.
